Glamous Haven Return Policy
At Glamous Haven, we offer a 30-day return window. This means you can request a return within 30 days of placing your order, provided it meets our return eligibility requirements.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, and, for clothing, unworn and still in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number and the purchase date for reference.
Please keep in mind the following:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing due to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse (e.g., buying just to try on), or if you simply change your mind about the item’s appearance or fit.

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, and only if they haven't been processed yet.

Returns are not accepted for power adapters or cables. However, we can assist you in finding the correct type for your device if needed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. We do not issue refunds for damage caused after delivery or by customer misuse. Note: There may be a processing fee for returns, which is not covered by us.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.

We do not accept returns on personalized items or any clothing that has been worn or opened.
How to request a return:
Please contact our customer support through our website if you believe your order qualifies for a return. If approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Before placing an order, we encourage you to review our return and shipping policies. Please contact us with any concerns before filing disputes or chargebacks.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
Promotional Offers:
For special deals such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free,” you must click the offer button during checkout. If you forget to apply the offer, we won’t be able to honor it afterward, and no refund will be issued for missed promotions.

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will be reported and challenged. Please respect our policy terms, as they are legally binding.
